Important information to know before your trip
Please review the following Terms & Conditions before booking or participating in a trip with KingFisher River Company. These guidelines outline important policies, safety requirements, and expectations to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that rafting involves inherent risks, including changing water levels, weather, wildlife, and equipment failure. By booking, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with the activity.
Participant Conduct & Safety
All participants must follow guide instructions and use required safety equipment. Medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the trip. KingFisher reserves the right to remove any participant without a refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Booking & Payments
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 80% balance is due 30 days before departure. KingFisher may cancel any reservation not paid in full by the due date.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to weather, smoke, road closures, or personal reasons. Trips operate rain or shine; early termination (e.g., medical evacuation) does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Company Rights & Alterations
KingFisher may modify or cancel itineraries due to safety concerns, river conditions, or low bookings. If KingFisher cancels a trip, participants may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Eligibility & Health
Participants must be medically and physically fit for river activities. KingFisher may deny participation to anyone deemed a safety risk or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Personal Property
Participants bring personal items at their own risk. KingFisher is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Waivers
A signed Liability Waiver and Release Agreement is required for all participants. Minors (under 18) must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Media & Promotion
KingFisher may use photos or recordings of participants for promotional purposes. To opt out, participants must provide written notice before the trip starts.
Agreement
Booking or participating in a trip constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
